Not all, but too many are like that. I have had a lot of problems with management in restaurants where i have worked. One of them got an attitude because i was trying to pick up my paycheck. I will never have a mcjob again, im going to college to be a teacher. Im glad i will never have to deal with that again. Good Luck with your job and Blessed Be.

Not all but a lot of them are. Especialy one who just got therre promotion to manager. If she is new give her a few weeks to adjust if you are still having problems try to talk it out with her. If that doesn't work go over her head and keep climbing the chain of command until the problem is fixed if other people are having problems with her band together but do it calmly don't get bitchy back and don't get hostile. If the problems persist go to the labor board and report the hostile working invironment. Don't quit chances are thats hat she wants and READ YOUR HANDBOOK FIRST ON HOW TO HANDLE IT don't do anything that is grounds for imediate termination

I'm a manager and i think that you could be the one not enjoying yourself where u are working, have u tried reasoning with your manager, and do you think its personal?
Maybe your manager is just trying to mould your for perfection (so one day she leaves you for manager) have u thought of that? the only thing i'd like my employees to do is tell me if i'm being a b*tch.

I am not - May be because I am a guy !

Well you need to try out reverse psychology - be nice to her and do everything to the best of your ability. Take her out for a lunch / snack.

If not find another job, where you get a manager like me.. :)

Some are, not all, but I think they behave that way cause they have more pressure, responsibilities and performance to maintain and just like workers they have to face to the higher authority/ sometimes owner directly (who is guaranteed to provide more pressure). However, if you feel that you are being treated unfairly(see how your co-workers are being treated) you have every right to complain to the person directly, or HR, whichever is the procedure.

I say, punch her interior the cheek! yet heavily, she has considerable themes if she makes a brilliant deal over a plant saucer! the element is, you will desire to manage her daily. and you will desire to stand as much as her. Her comments are meant only so which you will sense like the airborne dirt and dirt in that planter. and that's no longer how artwork would desire to be. You the two would desire to declare something suited like, "nicely the plant became there and regrettably, it became knocked over and the wear has already been accomplished. So why do no longer I only circulate forward and connect it?" OR......."i won't manage to think of why you're accusing me of breaking something while actually i did no longer". you would be able to desire to be direct and placed her in her place, because of fact in case you do no longer her psycho strategies-set will only proceed. in case you and your co-workers upward push as much as her, quicker or later she would desire to take be conscious. otherwise she is damaging her very own actual wellness...if she gets that labored up a pair of plant saucer she is headed suitable in direction of heart hassle or another affliction, and who knows what else.

Your probably hot and she is probably a ugly whore. I worked as a manager for 5 years and whenever we hired a cute female employee the ugly female managers would always yell at them for the dumbest crap.
