I dated my husband for over a year before we decided we love each other. I let him tell me first. We got married , were married over 27 years. Let him tell you first, guys usually shy away from girls,that are more forward. Good Luck Pem

You DON'T love him. You are attracted to him. You may like him a lot. You don't love him. When you are young it is hard to understand the difference between affection and love. If you are old enough and your parents approve then just be nice and put yourself in positions where you can have casual conversation and smile a lot. He will get the message sooner or later.
Be aware that if he says something rude to you -that it may be that he actually likes you but is to young and immature to express affection to a girl appropriately. I know that it is hard to understand, but that is how boys behave. He calls his best friend pen.i.s breath and his best friend calls him f**k head then they punch each other...its a male bonding thing. Young guys often don't realize that girls don't appreciate the same behavior. I'm just letting you know ahead of time in case this happens. Don't cry or anything if he is rude. It's just how SOME young guys act especially if they like you!!!.

That love word is kind of scary. First try looking into his eyes and say, "You're so sweet." Then see how receptive he is to that. If it makes him nervous you might want to hold off on the love word. If he looks deep into your eyes, then you can let 'er rip.

good grief...never blurt out that you love a guy until he tells you first, even then just say .i really really like you. love can scare a man away. and how do you know you love him...you dont know if your in love with a person till you know you can love their short comings, like cleaning up after them, watching them scratch their ball sack, if you can love a man shortcoming and all the weird retarded sensless things he does........then you can tell him u love him and his stinky *** feet, the skid mark in his shorts, and his bad breath and the way he farts in public and blames it on you........i have dated and feel in love with a few guys, they always smelled nice, were nice and their place was always clean, but when i moves in with them or vice versa......WHOLE NUTHER PERSON, its like they go from ken doll to trailer trash........wait before you blurt those words...SERIOUSLY
