2 Japan 4,571,314
3 Germany 2,797,343
With America's track record for rebuilding nations, Iraq's able work force, valuable resources, newly founded democracy and freedom Iraq is taking its first steps towards joining the ranks.
Or maybe you prefer the old way.
Even the US revolution took years, its no simple task.

Contractors from the international community looking to make money. Many billions of the aid passed in Congress goes to rebuilding Iraq. Were you even aware of that?
Also, Iraq will slowly be able to pay more of its tab as time goes by and the infrastructure is rebuilt.
Something tells me though, that you're not looking for a REAL answer here.

Join the armed forces and help them rebuild it!
I personally think that we should build oil refineries in Iraq, then sell the oil. With the profits from that we could then build Iraq to be better than America. Or is that not what you want? Do you want them to be almost as good as America? Hypocrite

dude, he can use my tax dollars. and we are over there MEDIATING a situation that needs help. to protect US and THEM from psychos like bin Saddam and whoever else wishes to play Hitler. granted we have our faults, but if i were an Iraqi women i would like to walk down the street with out my head covered, and not worry that my kids may get shot.or my home get bombed while i was shopping. there are MANY MANY things going on over there and in OFFICE.........don't focus on just one. besides on average, one American spends a little over 200 bucks or less a month in tax's........I DON'T B I T C H because i get it all back at the end of the tax year... but i would give half to the government if they can make a environment like Iraq or any other poverty or terror stricken place a BETTER place to live for people. that's just me........look at all the other countrys the U.S helped rebuild and restore. go read a history book. and dont believe everything you hear or see on TV
