Breakfast: 3/4 cup of oatmeal, with one teaspoon flaxseed oil. 1/2 a grapefruit. 1 8oz glass of skim milk.

Mid morning: Protein shake (Designer Whey Protein. You can buy at GNC).

Lunch: Tuna and lettuce wrap. Wrap tuna in big lettuce leaves, fill with raw or cooked vegetables, and vinagrette dressing, wrap like a burrito. 2 ricecakes, and an apple.

Mid afternoon snack: 1/4 cup dry, unsalted almonds.

Dinner: boneless, skinless chicken breast, cooked in lemon juice and Ms. Dash seasoning, steamed veggies (I like broccoli and cauliflower), and 1/2 cup brown rice (never white rice).

early evening snack: 1 cup plain vanilla yogurt.

No food after 9p.m.
Drink 64 oz of water a day.
No diet sodas, fruit juice either.

Forget weight loss program I devour like a horse and I simplest weigh 9 stone. This is what works for me: Eat most likely, if viable each 3 hours, while your frame realises that it is getting a constant give of meals it raises it is metabolism, burning energy faster and is far much less prone to retailer energy as fats. When consuming attempt to devour plenty of top protein meals and do not move too tough at the carbs. Try move convenient on trans and saturated fat despite the fact that you're allowed the extraordinary deal with. Drink tons of water! At least one gallon in keeping with day. Tea, espresso and fizzy beverages are O.K however they don' rely in the direction of your total water consumption. As for undertaking I perform a little mild weight coaching 4 days every week and cardiovascular (I use a rowing desktop) 2 days every week with one days leisure. There is a usual perception that doing cardiovascular undertaking on an empty belly is helping burn energy. This is absolute garbage don't do it. Weight coaching is a well notion as muscle groups burns plenty of vigour, even at the same time you sleep. You do not have got to turn out to be Mr/Mrs universe however any fats tissue which you'll convert to muscle groups won't simplest make you appear higher however broaden your metabolism. Getting lots of sleep could also be essential while seeking to construct muscle. Good Luck

You are too young to "diet." You simply need to change your lifestyle. Eat better food, exercise more. Find some outdoor activities, join a sport at school this fall? Don't follow silly fad diets... staying healthy is work and does not come in a pill or bottle. If you get more active, I promise you will feel more energetic and happy, which is good since you're still young! Enjoy it!

You don't need to diet at all. First off, your weight is not too high and secondly you're not done growing so that is a good weight to have in a year or two. Just maintain that weight and you'll have a great figure. Be patient. 115 is not big at all. In fact, that is probably your proper weight.

Walking. Diets don't work because you can not eat yourself thin. Start by walking. Park a little farther away then find somewhere you feel safe and walk. Always walk before you eat.
