So I found your question. In your mail you mentioned Rs.3500/- & here you quote 3000/-.
Now for Rs.3200/- you can get C-130. For that price it is the best. However if you can stretch upto Rs.3700/-, then you can get the Samsung C-230. In my last answer I quoted wrong price so sorry for that. The features that this phone offers over C-130 are
Triband,,,,,Stereo FM radio,,,,,,& infrared. If these things don't attract you then C-130 is a good phone it has GPRS & is more in your budget. Its very attractive & slim as well. So, pick one according to your taste.
