I'm about to start College and I'm clueless as to what I want to do career-wise. I know that I've still got time, but if I don't start looking I feel like I'm going to run out. I'm very interested in music and would maybe like to do something with that.

You can be a musician. haha, but seriously, you can be a music educator. My high school band director is probably the best teacher I've ever had. You spend 4 years with a teacher and you start to for a bond with them lol. He was a teacher that you could talk to if you had problems, or just hang out with in his office during off periods.

Although I'm a Criminal Justice major, a lot of my friends are music majors. A good friend of mine is a jazz preformance major and makes money playing gigs around town to help pay for school.

You do have limited options, but the options are great.

You could become a nuclear research physicist or a Departmental Pathology Technician, a Radiologist, an Investigator Scientist or even a Part Time Sessional Lecturer.

Music is fun. But there are not many careers that are going to pay you very much money. Of course, if you want to be a Rock Star and you succeed, then that is another story.
