sometimes when i wake up suddenly it feels like my arms are so heavy i cant even lift them or they just wont move at all. Is it there asleep still and just my head woke up fast. its a weird feeling. it usually takes about 30sec to get to normal. or sometimes i'll have to scratch my face and i can barly drag my hand up to my, i sometimes cant even move my fingers.

Sounds like you have poor circulation. do you work at a job that requires constant repitition of your hands and arms/shoulders? That would be my guess. Try taking a baby aspirin a day and start exercising or moving your shoulders in circular motions right before you go to bed and then again when you first wake up - it may take a week or so but you should start noticing a difference

Well, I used to get this from time to time when I was in my 20s and 30s. I eventually developed bursitis in both shoulders. I have no idea if the two events are connected, but a doctor might know.

it's most likely bad circulation in that arm you may try sleeping different like with your up and out of cover hope it help if not sorry just what i thought and some time my arms do the same and i do that it seem to work

Most likely you were sleeping on them. Probably no more than that.

it means u had a lack of blood flow to your extremty. its not a big deal just something that happens
