make the video 'screens' a little bigger. And make it more like a community thing where you have profiles and such:)

Better search capabilities. If a video is called Bob Dylan, and I search Dylan, it doesn't show it to me as a result. I need exact spelling.
Also, better categorizing. I find it hard to find what I am looking for If I do not have the exact title. People that submit videos shjould be required to give certain info so the video could be retrieved based on relevancy to search queries.
A feature that allows a person to embed videos found on other sites would be helpful too.

Allow videos longer than 10 mins, like they used to.
