i cant force anyone or stop anyone from doing anything that they like. but i wud definitely advice them not to go for a surgery. i wud tell them that exterior beauty isnt that important. i will tell her to be thankful to God for what he has given and consider it as God's gift. I wud ask her to feel confident. y shud anyone change what God has given us, particularly when its not bad?

but if major deformations exist on face and it disturbs her mentally, she can go for it. not to beautify herself but just to feel confident.

No you are trying to hide your true self by altering yourself. I don't like the idea. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Which means it is more than looks.
