Pure obligation is when one is to act without condition mandated by law while coniditional is the opposite. The statement of a gratuitus title saying "I will give you this lot" is a pure obligation while "I will give you this lot if you give me your car" is conditional

Pure obligation is one that is demandable based on the contract while conditional obligation is demandable upon the occurrence or achievement of the condition.
Example for pure: I will give you 1,000.
Example for conditional: I will give you 1,000 if you pass the bar.
