Could highschoolers build a rocket to go past the Karman Line?

why not? assuming you have access to cheap rocket fuel....and enough free space for the test launches... youre gonna have to have access to a lot of pre-calculated calculations as well.....not to mention rocket material.

so im sure its figuratively possible....but sometimes difficult and impossible are not too different from each other...

Reach space, don't know. But, some model-rocket builders have launched their craft high enough to see the curvature of the earth and a darkening of the sky.
