Do you go to an international school? If you do, see your guidance counselor. She/he should have some books you can look through or perhaps she can help you to find a school offering scholarships.
If you do not go to an international school, try searching the web, or contact the US embassy to see if they can direct you to an organization that can help with that. Perhaps check with a local church where a lot of Americans go. Sometimes they arrange scholarships.
