I'm female, and I'm straight, but in about half my dreams I'm male. I never look in the mirror, or anything; I just know I'm a guy. Last night, I was enagaged to someone.
Does that happen to anyone else?

don't worry about it. in half of my dreams im butt naked. i dont know if that helps tho..

Dreams are very symbolic of experiences that are occurring in your life. There is a male influence in your life that you respect highly. You always thought that they were awe inspiring, kind of like a wise old owl. Or, this person could be a very responsible person, and you look up to them. It's a dream and there fore anything can happen, I wouldn't think that there is anything wrong with you or about you in any way.
I used to be able to direct a lot of my dreams simply by concentrating about a subject right before going to sleep.
I think it's great that you have such an imaginative dream world, enjoy it !!!

wow you know thats never happened to me...
i think dreams come from you thoughts and feeling and other random things so think.. maybe you thought about something like this before or someone told you something that stuck in the back of your mind. or maybe your not sure who you really are inside (im not saying your not sure you wanna be a girl ok its nothing like that). its in your head. figure it out let it go whatever and youll stop having those dreams.

In some dreams I'm a little black girl about 11 yrs old.
IRL, I'm a 28 year old white male.

It's just your masculine side. In dreams, your masculinity (and yes, every normal female has a masculine side) is free to move about & work you out problems that your conscious feminine side doesn't.

Maybe you think you are straight, but you subconsiously want to experience being with a woman and if you are a man, it's more socially acceptable that way.

maybe you were a guy in your past life. Maybe it just has to do with the masculine aspect of your personality.......we are all a little male and female.
