I had a look. I think the reason people aren't answering is that it is quite incoherent. I get the jist of it, but for the most part, I have no frickin idea what you're talking about. Certainly not enough to offer any advice.

If this is about your fishing ticket.....Pay the damn ticket. You were at fault. You're an adult, and it doesn't matter if the 4H person told you about the law or not. Your an adult for God's sake! The secretary is correct.....4H is for kids, not adults. They shouldn't have to babysit you! Now you're bringing other neighbors into this stupid little drama??!! WTF?? Pay it, be done with it, take the lesson......oh.....and GROW UP! jeez!
