What do you consider ethnic? As a person who has taken classes on how to teach to all students I think everything is ethnic.

Spaghetti, olive oil, pizza, Jewish rye bread, bagels, pierogies, pigs in the blanket, cabbage and noodles, pita pockets.
If you are talking items other than food, I would say zilch. My family has been off the boat since the 1700's.
