Is it possible?

I believe it is better to have a "better life" than someone else. I don't think its any of my business to do that judging, however. I prefer to focus my time on making my own life even better, and helping others through donating money to charities I believe in and volunteering time at several as well.

I don't know if it's possible, it just depends on what matters the most to that each person. For example, if someone thinks that having a great family is the most important thing in life, and they actually do have a great family, they would probably think that they have a "better life" than someone who doesn't have a good family. Youknow what I mean? =)

I don't think anyone has a "Better" life than anybody else.
You can go your whole life thinking you know EVERYTHING about this person and in all actuality, know just a tiny piece of them.
It is all about perspective, "Life, is life." It just depends on how you look at it.
Marinade on this for a minute...

Javien grew up on the East side of town in a small one bedroom efficiency apartment, the oldest of 6 children. His mother was addicted to crack, and at often times disappeared for weeks. Javien worked two jobs, cared for his 5 brothers and sisters, and still manages to graduate Valedictorian of his High School class. He goes on to college and becomes a Therapist specializing in drug addicts/rehab programs.
Jason grew up in a $350K+ home in the suburbs. He had a loving family, went to church, got a brand new car for his 16th birthday, and barely managed a C+ report card beginning in junior high. He regularly ate a home cooked meal with his parents and younger sister, often went fishing with his father and visited the family's lake house and worked a part time job on the weekdays after practicing Team Captain in football. He never graduates, and dies of an overdose at age 23.
Who had the better life?

by comparing your life to the life of that person in question but just because you judge it that way it doesn't mean the other person sees it the same way like alot of people say big movie stars have a better life than than the average person but the movie star could say the average person has a better life

I think it is human tendency to always compare our lives with others but there are people who constantly keep cribbing about what they are lacking instead of being happy with what they have. An easy way to analyse our life is, take a paper, on one side of it write what all you lack, on the other side write what all you are gifted with, am sure this would help u to understand that there are so many things which you possess and you are not even aware of what God has gifted you with.

You can tell if you have more material possessions than somebody else, or if you are better educated than another person, and those are an indication of having a more "Comfortable" lifestyle.

I would say that the more life experience you have, the better you are able to adapt in your enviorment, and those that can adapt live better and longer than somebody that cannot.

The biggest "tell" is education. You can simply not get enough of it.

It depends on what you want out of life. If you lack certain things, but you could care less about those things anyway, it's not going to make you feel like you have a "bad life". But if you have certain things you desire....well, I think you get my point. However, although you might think you have the best life ever, someone else could completely disagree. It's all about what YOU want.

There is no one like you. You are unique in your own way. You may have some qualities or traits that you can find on some other people but still you are you. No sense in comparing yourself to another person. As long as you are CONTENT with what or who you are that for me constitutes a good life.

I believe people don't change, it is our lives the ones who change, so we decide to go along with it, or not. So, perhaps if you have danced along with your life, you might get a sense of happiness... but there's no way to measure, just look at a person and read in between lines if he has taken his life in harmony or not..... that could help you compare where you are, but not him.

Dependes on what you want in life, Be it wealth or live monasticly (monk like). What do you value most? It's something you have to look deepinside your self for, not something you can judge by comparing your life to another.
