sleeping because some boy is putting things on her mind is there a way (with out meds) that she can go to sleep so i can go to sleep?

She needs to resolve the situation with the boy. The next time she calls give her a complete step by step scenario for solving the situation. Us ladies like to make these decisions very complicated and difficult and involve as many people as possible. She will hate your solution probably but atleast you will have a clear conscious while you turn off your ringer.

Just tell her not to listen to any of that stuff that guy puts in her mind. If that doesn't work nicely ask your friend that you need your sleep and to call one of her girlfriends because girls and girls have better connections than girl and guy.

tell her to listen to bright eyes-fevers and mirors its a good mello cd by an indie band there great to put you to sleep
