You probably heard about Cruitne. It is not actually a moon but it makes a horseshoe orbit every 770 years.

May be if you are in another plannet which yhas more than 1 moon orbitting the plannet!!

Mars or a commet or a sattelite can be brighter than usual in this month, but unless as Aurther C Cleark said, Jupitor explodes there won't be any other brighter object as the moon on the sky.

Mars can be brighter than usual for some parts of the earth in this time of the year.
