EVERYONE ELSE IS WRONG. the answer is yes, it could be vioded ab initio but it must be:
1. declared by experts (Psychologist)
2. incurable
3. serious and universal
*failure to fulfill obligations of marriage is not psychological incapacity.
*It must be universal meaning he / she must be psychologically incapacitated to ALL PEOPLE.
*Known as the kind of liberal divorce until this rulings were promulgated by the Philippine Supreme Court

Marriage could be voided by psychological incapacity if it can be proven that it exists before or during the commencement of the marriage and was hidden by the offender.

If you can get away with murder due to insanity, then I am sure you can get out of marriage for psychological incapacity.
