How i can convert already written small letters into capital letters at once in microsoft excell .

Do you know when to use capital letters or do you always type like that?

If you're talking about worksheet functions, the one you're looking for is =UPPER(

).

For example, if you had the text "test" in cell A1, you could the function =UPPER(A1) in another cell, and it would read "TEST".
