Hines Ward..he is never put up there with the bests of the game today but he is very complete..eevry year he seems to have a new WR opposite of him: Randle El, Plaxico, Edwards, Kordell..and he remains near the top of the league in TDs and catches..he goes in the middle, he goes outside and deep(not blazing speed but gets there), he'll take a screen, he take a reverse, he can throw the ball accurate an dhe can block for a running game..T.O is awesome at catching an drunning routes, as is Moss they have the speed and the vertical game, but not the short game, not the reverse or the option to throw, and TO is not half the block of Ward.
then the big factor is that ward is not a distraction to the rest of the team, if The Cowboys win and TO doesnt have a reception he gets mad, if the Steelers win and Hines doesnt get a recption is is happy withthe win

Sir/Ma'am, are you a Dallas fan? I admit...T.O. has got the skills...but to say he's the total package...if you mean the most baggage and bad attitude...sure...but I'm going to have to go with Marvin Harrison or Chad Johnson....Marvin keeps his mouth shut...and dominates the secondaries with ease...Manning is just a medium...a lot of QBs would work quite well with this guy. Chad Johnson talks and talks and jokes and jokes,...but at the end of the day...he'll still dominate you and back up what he says. He doesn't often say things he can't back up...and I like that about him. I rank T.O. 3rd on my list of best WRs....slightly ahead of Steve Smith...the definition of evasion. T.O. is just fast and smart with play...Steve Smith only loses out right now because he's not consistent yet..soon though...Smith can evade anyone on the field without raw speed (although he does have his speed) but he's "slippery" and agile. Randy Moss would go 5th for me...he has speed...and a lot of it...If he can get back to how he was in Minnesota...he'll easily finish as one of the best WRs the league has ever seen.
But T.O.......sorry....he's got skills...but total package...not a chance.

T.O. has size, speed, quickness, strength, hands, routes, everything... except... T.O. is unfortunately missing the part of his brain where common sense comes from and therefore can actually be a detriment to his entire team.
Next in line would be Chad Johnson.

hines ward, has better work ethic and more heart then any reciever. hes a team player, unlike to. might not be the most athletic or gifted but everything else, on top of him being the best runblocking WR in the game.
