Ofcourse it is! Good , honest answers are the good karmas that you do and the ingenuine retarded answers will result in the accumulation of bad karmas in your account. But perfect happiness does not come in doing only good karmas , but it comes in keeping and remembering the rule that, We Have Only Right To Do Our Good Karmas & Not at all to Its Fruits! That is we should give our best without having any mental attachment or desire to its benefits. Perfect happiness comes from this.

I would believe so, after all if I am purposefully giving you misleading information, that would be deceiving and in turn create bad karma. Now if I gave you the very best that I have in terms of information and it helped you then there would be my good karma. It really doesn't matter what method you use to interact with people, your either nice or your not.

Yes. Answering queries (removing doubts) is a good karma, so the points that you are accumulating are actually a reflection of your good karma.

whatever effect you have created with your answers...will contribute to your own future, and the future of the lives you have touched. the more you help others, the more you will be helped in you own life...i'd like to think that good karma is worth way more that yahoo points on the grand scheme of things...

Sometimes people dont bother for points. They like to write the answers rather asking questions. That does not mean that he/she has no questions at all in their mind.So may be they will ask very important questins later on.So this is not with any thing like karma .

All good deeds count, young man.

For instance, you could be old as a dinosaur, but I'm calling you young because that may make you feel better despite the fact that I can't see you - so that's a good deed and it counts.

lol

I think it's more like Marlboro Miles where you get points for smoking a pack of cigarettes, and if you accumulate enough! you can claim a leather jacket or a motorcycle-- but you'll die of lung cancer before that happens =(

It depends how you get the points. If you answer everyones questions by saying 'dunno but thanks for the 2 points' you'll have bad karma and burn in Hell. If you get points for giving good answers then you'll have good karma.
