yes and i loved it! i wish more people were brave enough to wear them!!! and yeah theyre hard to sit in but adorable! i love standing out

I wore one once at a Renaissance Faire. I really liked the look it gave the costume, but it was very bulky and awkward. It seemed to be rather impractical for such a crowded place and I sort of doubt I would do it again.

Oh yes I did and I still give my Best Friend hell for it. Her and her stupid "gotta have a victorian wedding!!!" junk! lol
Going to the bathroom is sheer hell!
Make sure you wear nice undies because the first time you sit down, the stupid thing goes up, smacks you in the face and flashes the room!
Pretty to look at, impossible to wear comfortably.

hmm, I wore a huge hoop slip under my wedding gown. It sucked when we got on the Harley to ride home from the church!
Not sure how popular Hoop Skirts are but hey what ever you're into I guess...

I have, I had to wear it in a school musical I was in. It was weird, like I wasn't wearing anything.
