I've had four children. Within a week of giving birth to each of them, I felt like I had a terrible case of the flu.

Good luck!

You need to call your Doctor, you should know this already if you are expecting a child. Many health problems that could harm you or your unborn baby can have *flu* like symptoms. Yes, some women also get sick, or just feel very sick before, or during labor.

So, get offline and pick the phone already. Don't play the 'what if' game when it involves a child's life, or your own.

I would NEVER worry about calling a doctor late, especially when you are pregnant...if you are worried now what are you going to do when you have the baby, trust me you will be making many a late night calls.......call you could be going into labor or just the weight of the baby is pressing too much on your stomach....CALL NOW.

Good luck :-)

With the quantity of hormones dealing with your physique, a touch nausea, resembling morning sickness could be well-known, in spite of the incontrovertible fact that, verify your temperature, with the aid of fact in case you have a fever in any respect, it could point out an oncoming flu, or an infection, which at this degree could be very severe. If uncertain in any respect, call your wellbeing care expert.

I would call labor and delivery unit at the hospital and ask them. This sounds like it could be it! How far along are you?

Sometimes vomiting can be a sign of fast dilation.

Or you could just be sick.
