I wouldn't call it American "Imperialism", but I think we will witness the fall of the US as THE worldpower. I don't think it will fall completely out of power, but I think it will lose its dominance. I'm American, and I don't think this would necessarily be a bad thing for my country. Depending on which country becomes the next world power, it might be bad for the rest of the world, though.

I know a lot of people will say that China will be the next world power. I live in China, and I can attest that they have a long way to go before that happens. They are strong in numbers, no question, but there are issues that will hold them back for some time to come.

I haven't heard the term American Imperialism scene the fall of Communist Russia. You must be one of those old die hard commies leftover from the USSR or China. Don't be so bitter, we all know it's Communism that's falling. The real winner will be Jewish Imperialism.

This is a good place to start:

It is predicted that the economies of China and India will surpass that of the US in this century. I doubt that the US will fall down and go away as a world player, but it's going to be a rough ride for our kids.

Has to happen, in my opinion for the following reasons:

1. USA is not making ANY friends anywhere.
2. USA has to spend huge amounts to buy friendship
3. War seems to be costly, in political unity and money

Economic imperialiam is a myth. The market is too large and mobile for anyone to control the ecomony of another country or countries.

I probably won't be alive to see US's fall but my children will.

I confess it would be a great pleasure so I hope it will happen while I'm alive.
