In regard to nuclear power,weapons etc.

Nuclear technology are basically the same. What makes USA different or better is the guidance and ballistic technologies.
China had a hard time figuring out how to launch underwater missile (from submarine), but they finally figured it out after 'borrowing' it from us.

About the same. Like the user before me said, if it works it works. It won't really matter once one blows up. If one gets launched, they'll all get launched in retaliation, and then we're all history.
