I need a US->SG power adapter, it doesn't need to convert voltage, it just needs to adapt the plug. Where can I pick one of these up? Last time I was there I couldn't find one.

If the output is 5V, and managed (no longer a style prepare controller or something stupid), and the present score is an similar or larger, it may be ok. The router will draw as a lot modern-day because it needs and a lot less, see you later because the voltage and polarity is actual. maximum recent ability substances are prevalent, rated for 110V-250V 50/60Hz. in which case, only replace the plug or use an adapter.
