absolutely agree! who are we to tell others what they can and cannot do!
i hate the way ppl tote the "freedom" banner for their causes and then forbid it for others!
id LOVE to see what homophobes would do if they were forbidden their civil rights!

(*sigh*) As I have said.. and said over and over again. Religion is seperate from state and although the state(s) use Bilical references to uphold the "law" and ensure homosexuals lack of rights, it is unconstitutional because not EVERYONE abides by the Bible and since religion is INFACT seperate from state then there should be no arguement in the matter. Besides, what will they do to harm us? WHy have they been so shamefully discriminated against and harrassed? I'm waiting for someone to give a LOGICAL explaination as to what they did to them to make them wrong. Ok Ok I am a Christian and I am not FOOORRR Gay marriages etc. but I'm not against them either, they do not threaten me, but still my opinion states that it isn't "natural". But how do we know? Homosexuality is traced back even in the early books of the Bible ( do some research). But yeah, although I'm not for ( PUSHING THE WORLD FORWARD) ...I have nothing against homosexuals....go ahead.

Personally, I would rather have the government get out of everybody's personal life. What difference does it make if I have a wife or 3 husbands if taxes get paid and the kids are taken care of.
I think if gay marriage or civil unions would be recognized it would encourage gays and lesbians to maintain permanent monogamous relationships. Most people who would marry a person of the same sex are not likely candidates to switch to the heterosexual camp. Some people think gays are incapable of maintaining long-term relationships but I know some who have been together for decades. I can't definitely claim they are life-long because none of the gay people I know are dead yet.

i think that homosexual people should have the same rights as anyone else. we are all people and our sexual prefences have nothing to do with society. because whether they are allowed to be married or not they are still going to be together so why fight it?

I'm with you. Totally! Let them have their rights. I never saw what the big deal was anyway.

"We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal.." replace men with people and no more needs to be said.
