Yeah I'm good, but my evil twin sure makes things confusing sometimes. Just to be clear, though, I'm the good one!

There are plenty of good people in the world. Many people who usually have benevolent intentions may sometimes be misunderstood, so what is a disagreeable action is not always motivated by evil or malice.
If you would like to hang around with other "do-gooders" participate in local community service or charities, if you don't already. You can also join clubs like Kiwanis.
The world isn't black and white... sometimes it's difficult to tell who's good and who's not. Like I said before, well-intentioned actions may be misunderstood. And even the most "noble" actions may be motivated by selfish concerns. For example, some people only do charity so that they can put it on their resumes.
The important thing is that you develop your sense of judgement for what is right, while making a sincere effort to understand where others are coming from and why they may act in certain ways.

Good people appear to be few and far in between. It is too smart to stay within your own world. You aren't the only person looking for them. Crime would love a long list. I prefer to stay off theirs.

I like to think I'm one, and I know many people whom I would consider "good people."

The Bible says that there is no one good. No, not one. Who told you that you were good. Self appraisal doesn't count.
