i'm 16 years old, and I like Math (that has nothing to with this), anyway, im 167 lbs, has 27.1 body fat, and currently 5'6 in height. hope someone will help me with my diet and with my programme. =)

If you can do it, I highly recommend a nutritionist to help you. You will get straight information, no fads or fantasies, and the moral support you need. Now is the time to do it, also. The longer you wait the harder it gets. Once you get on the right track with a nutritionist, you don't have to have a frequent visits unless you relapse. Your family doctor is the best one to recommend a qualified nutritionist (that's how I found mine).

If you can join a gym, they will be able to help you with a combination aerobic and weight-training program suitable for your age (heavy weight lifting is not recommended while your bones are still growing),

im 16 too. i do portion control. a little of everything. uhm... im keeping this program for 4 months now... =) on monday=> chest and triceps. tuesday=> shoulder and biceps. wednesday=> back and legs. just flip flop until saturday... take sundays as ur rest... i lost 5 inches... i used to be size 36 (in the Philippines)...
