Couldnt believe that I could actually understand what I was reading. The phenomenal power of the human mind, according to a research at Cambridge University,
It doesn't matter in what order the letters in a word are, the only important thing is that the first and last letter be in the right place. The rest can be a total mess and you can still read it without a problem.
This is because the human mind does not read every letter by itself, but the word as a whole. Amazing huh? Yeah and I always thought spelling was important!
( Is the word rscheearch correct, huh?)

I could read your paragraph too. Very interesting. I'm mildly dyslexic. Yet, I've always found that I can see the first and last letters of each word as well as see the length.. The rows of text still move like gentle waves but it is interesting that even a part of my experience is at least somewhat normal.

That's a common e-mail forward by now. And yes, we can read it. It's a sign that the human brain is lazy, actually. It tries to grab and identify things quickly. This is why checking for typoes with a spellchecker and someone else editing is so very important.
It's still cool.

I couldn't believe that yet ANOTHER question is being asked on the SAME subject....!
It astounds me that you've read this cr@p on here before about a hundred times, and now you see fit to shove it down our throats again!!
Fortunately for you I don't care enough to report you - even though you're breaking that golden Yahoo! rule about not asking questions that have already been asked billions of times...!!!!!

It is pretty amazing that the brain can figure the word if the first and last letter are in the correct place, yes.

AMAZING!!! Yes I can read it very easily! This was my dad's secret to speed reading. Just scan over the words and not each letter! I wonder what the retention factor of that is tho!!!
