CPU Utilization = What percentage of the CPU (Central Processing Unit = aka PC brain) is being used at that time. This is affected by the Operating System and any applications running in the foreground or background (combined).

PSU Utilization = Power Supply Unit Utilization is how much of the Power Supply is being used at any given time. This is affected by the hardware installed on the PC (Hard drives, video cards, etc)

I'm pretty sure it's how much your CPU/ PSU is working/ using energy. You can use hardinfo to measure CPU utilization.

hi in XP/2000 /ME it should be 1 to 6%usage in.

In 98 the usage should be - free space more than 70% or usage greater than 60%
