water is the best for heat cramps and then gatorade .oatmeal is for horses that cant go to the bathroom when there stomachs cramp up.And oatmeal is just for low fat heathly eating.Banana and potatoes is good for cramps in the legs.

humm that sounds like something u would do if you had chicken pox...

it dosn't sound yummy though.

it dosn't sound like it would do anything differnt cause I don't know how soaking in oatmeal could help a cramp.
