im on a break with my boyfriend and when we decided this we both said, "oh suuure. you can hook up with soemone else. its your decision since were on a break" etc. it was obvious that neither of us wanted the other hooking up with someone else.

however, its been a month or so and i'm missing getting some! my friend is having a party soon and there is a guy there for a blind date for me!

whether its just making out or a little more (i wouldnt sleep with a blind date) i feel like if i hook up with someone it will come back to haunt me if/when i get back with my bf. im afraid he will see it as, despite our agreement, betrayal (cheating)

ps i know FOR A FACT that my bf (ex bf? kinda) has not hooked up with anyone. so dont say, honey hes doing people too.

i want to get something! but i dont want my actions to nip me in the butt later on. i love my bf and always will, and i know he feels the same despite our break.

what should i do?

get something: verb?

meaning make out, uh touching?

The fact that you are thinking about other guys is really important. You should not consider getting back together with this guy...something broke you two up and you want to see other guys. That should tell you that you will have those same feelings if you are back with this guy after a few years.

Don't try to rationalize...you have to look at your feelings as you have described them here in your question...you are clearly interested in seeing who else is out there and that is because you were not getting your needs met with your ex.

Just my advice, worth what you have paid for it.
