Without permission....yes! There are unwritten rules to follow. It's the same as going in someone's purse or wallet. It's private!

Yes. I would definitely be mad. There are some private things that might be stored in my computer. These things may be for my eyes only. I do not need an additional person looking into my things and wasting my utilities bill.
