They would have to give up everything but even the that would be difficult and I can't guarantee that it will work. Think about it; humans really only do things that benefit themselves. If they were to give up everything and have nothing then they would still pleasure themselves by sitting homeless under a three rather than in the sun because they are too hot...Maybe self pleasure is inevitable.
