i cant figure out what the problem is... can you?

the speakers on my pack of pall mall light 100s (cigarettes) arent working. its a brand new pack so i cant figure out why no sound is coming out. does anyone know what the problem might be and how i can fix it?

it only works with earbuds or headphones...much like sony walkman, etc
