When i plug my ipod into my computer itunes doesn't read it so i cannt update my playlists.. what should i do?

My USB connections are working fine and the cord I use to connect my ipod to my computer works because my ipod starts charging when i plug it in... So I am not sure what the problem is. I did just install Spyware Doctore a few days ago.. could that be the problem?

call the company and ask for new one. it may cost some mula but its worth it!!!!!111

Maybe, you will need to reinstall the the software.

try restarting your computer. it worked for me that way
