I just watched the very first two episodes on DVD. I really like it!! Does the whole show follow the same kinda intense yet light structure??

It's interesting fantasy. I work in a hospital. This show has good acting and is entertaining, but WHAT a LOT of unrealistic action. A doctor and a resident, or intern, whichever she is, would never be having sex in the hospital. The concept as well as the logistics are absurd. As long as the public demands sexual content, the media will meet the demand.

Grey's Anatomy still follows the same type of format. The characters have become exptremely well developed in the second season -- which left some pretty big cliffhangers. Watch it in order and don't jump ahead, so you can appreciate the entire drama unfolding in front of you.
I can't wait for the next season to begin!

Yes the show follows the same structure but gets so much better keep watching.

OMG!!!!!!! Easily the best show on television now. Yeah, it's usually pretty laid back, but this season, dang!!! it was intense, especially during a few choice episodes. It's just such a good show and that's all there is to it.

i just watched it for the first time the other day. they were two episodes on back to back. it was the one with the party for the one girls hockey player boyfriend. he was coming to town and she wanted him to meet her friends and co workers. another girl was caught having sex with her boss in the car by another co worker. YES i liked it. it was pretty interesting.
