If you're looking for a more scientific answer... then there is really no age that is, or should be, considered too young to die. It can depend on the country (life expectancy differences), the area, etc.

obviously it's never too young, since zygotes can spontaneously die minutes after fertililization, due to a pairing of genes that are not viable for life
