Please define dangerous. I am not sure whether you are talking about emotionally dangerous, physically dangerous, politically dangerous, etc. Also, to who or what is a man dangerous to?
If you know what the danger is, you can find out with information you already know what makes a man dangerous within that sense.

A lack of a working conscience. Physical weaknesses can be worked around, it's the conscience that restrains the violent emotions from being enacted harmfully outside of the person and a person's crueler instincts.

Inability to empathize with other people. This is what makes people think about committing crimes, and also it's what makes people mean to other people (which I would consider dangerous).

he has no conscience and has very little regard for other peoples feellings, he will do anything to bring others down to his level, he is insecure with himself, he feels a sense of empowerment when he degrades others, even harms others, most of his victims are women

lots of stuff.
i dunno if oyu mean physically or emotionally, but im going with emotional.
like, when you pretty much confess something deep to him... i mean... you go all out... thinking and hoping that he is right there with you, feelin the same way.
but then he literally drops the bomb on your relationship. he doesnt just let you down... he pretty much throws you... takes your heart and breaks it into countless irreplacable pieces... says everything you prayed he wouldnt. that's dangerous, emotionally, to me...
