I gave a guy five bucks, helped someone pick their things they dropped off the floor, helped a professor carry some books or folders to his class, cause he was fumbling with them and dropped one, stood up for someone being bullied at work, bought someone a coffee, gave a waitress my ex mom in law was being a c word to and reported her to the mana ger for no good reason a 20 dollar tip, gave a girl, who worked at my daughters daycare a ride home when I saw her walking in the heat to the bus stop ,saved a kid from drowning, and in kindergarten stopped a stranger from kidnapping a girl, everyone thought she was being bad, but I noticed her before and grabbed the priciples leg and shouted that is not her dad, and did not stop until he stoped the man, stood outside my bosses office, and demanded she send a sick person home who she was making stat there, refused to go back to work and then started crying and she gave in so I went back to work and finished my job and as much as hers as I could, just met her that day.we worked opposite schedules most of the time, there are many things I have done besides donating blood, time and money to humanitarian causes, but it will take too long to list them

I would say saved their life. I came up behind a vehicle accident. Found a child under a large van. The driver was in hysterics on the side of the road. Plenty of other people were standing around talking on cell phone. I killed the engine (the driver left the van running when they jumped out), climbed under the vehicle and administered first aid and stopped the severe bleeding. I worked on the child until I was relieved by the fire department.

The child was very lucky to have lived after going under the front wheel...

My family received something from a stranger (rather than giving as is your questions) - we lost our car in tragic circumstances and the insurance didn't cover it. A perfect stranger bought our family a car and would not accept anything in return.

We have since passed the car on to another needy family, since we could now afford to buy our own. Had to keep the good feeling rolling along

Let a woman who'd just moved up here cry on my shoulder, had her "share" my cab and paid for us both. She's a friend now; she lives close by.
