Dude my fish run into eachother on purpose alot its soo funny and one of em runs into the wall... lol they are on crack i swear!! Yeah and they keep swimming to the surface and when i go closer to look they swim back down every time!?!? What is they're deal!?

Your ammonia levels may be too high. That would cause all kinds of stress. Test your water right away or do a 50% water change right now and then 25% every other day for a week.
Running into things (scraping on decorations) is a sign of irritation or parasites.
Running into each other is a form of establishing dominance. You didn't say what kind of fish they are, but many species will sort out a pecking order within their group.
