what does ryan ross from panic at the disco wear earplugs? just wondering cus there are some pics of him wearing plugs.

so his ears dont get blown out or so he can here himself play in tune so he doesnt get off beat. a lot of singers do that

Lots of performers will wear ear plugs while on stage simply because your ears hurt after a concert... imagine listening to that every day or two for an entire tour?
A singer/songwriter has to protect their tools, and their ears are a very important tool.

Am betting they're not earplugs. I'd bet they're probably ear buds (earphones) so he can hear the rest of the band and stay in key....

so he doesnt lose track of wut to play if you notice hes not the only singer or band member who wears earphones alot and i mean alot of singers wear it. Even Brendon wears it...
