HELP!!!!!!!!I am skinny and all but I want to loose a little in my stomache area and I am underweight but I will get better like higher in the amunts.but I just want my stomach to go down realy fast.PLEASE HELP!

Sounds to me like you are more desperate for a therapy session if you consider yourself skinny or underweight. I hope if you are that concerned with your skinny body that you get a good check up with your doctor to make sure you are not anorexic.
Please try to be happy with the body you were given and focus on the more important things in life!

If you are underweight then you do not have to lose weight. Do you superfocus on food? Does it hurt to sit down? Have you lost your period? Are you cold all the time and have to wear sweatshirts when other people are wearing jackets? These are all symptoms that you are extremely underweight and may have an eating disorder.

Three years ago I was hospitalized for anorexia, so I know where you are coming from. You want to lose weight more than anything in the world, but what you don't realize is that instead of losing weight you are losing muscle and bone mass. In other words, you are ruining the rest of your life, and until you return to a healthy BMI you will continue to lose bone mass and may even end up with osteopenia and/or osteoperosis. It seems unthinkable, but it happens to many people, including myself.

The best thing to do would be to start seeing a nutritionist who specializes in eating disorders. She can help you figure out how to fuel your body right. Once you get to a healthy weight and remain at it for awhile you will stop focusing so much on your body as well and will begin focusing on things that matter more, such as living your life, loving your family and friends, and learning about your interests. You probably just need to tone up you tummy area, not neccessarily lose weight.Good luck though.

crunches, crunches, crunches...

Also walk with your abs tucked in, that is an isometric and will help a bit.
