Well from that list I would say French is probably the easiest language there to learn and pronounce. I would say they would struggle with the German and the Arabic a lot more.
I have noticed that many Americans who were taught the Memorization method of reading have a much harder time with the phonics of other languages. I learned to read by the Phonics method and it is very easy for me to pick up a book on a language and get the sounds.

Because we have learned a specific way of forming words based on how they are spelled and what we know of them. So words in foreign languages will be pronounced according to those rules we've learned.
Same reason native german speakers have problems with the letter "r" and instead pronounce it as an "rh" sound.

That is a sort of prejudiced remark -- there are plenty of English Speakers who also speak French, German, Spanish, and learn Arabic (or any other language) as part of their job requirements. Same with going to language schools so that when we work with individuals who have these languages as their native language, we can speak with them (and communicate effectively) to not only make our point, but to facilitate our businesses.

Most people who only speak one language have a hard time pronouncing another, regardless of what language it is. I am in the process of learning Arabic myself and it can be challanging at times because they have sounds in there language that arn't in the English language.
