No, you cannot win against guerrilla fighters who have the support of the populous with conventional forces.

They just have to keep on kicking the crap out of them until the international force arrives and sets up a buffer zone. They need to do as much damage to the terrorists as possible in the interim. Yeah Israel!!!!!
