It isn't really clear from the way you explain it, but I am guessing you have a bill of $53.92
Have you downloaded 5392 Kbyte?
Is the charge 1 cent per Kbyte?
Remember, a lot of plans charge separately for call minutes and downloads, so data downloads have nothing to do with minutes.
