My best is baby oil, because it glides so perfectly and it is of the same body temperature so it is not cool like other water based lubricants

My favorite lube PERIOD are the silicon based variety. Silicon lubricants are a bit more expensive, but since you do not have to use as much, they tend to last longer and they make a great massage oil as well, leaving the skin soft.

Gun Oil Lubricant (yes - an actual lube brand... oil for your 'gun', not your weapons).

I would think that the answers for men would be different than women, but I guess anything that doesn't harm your skin in the process?
