Yeah, and what happens to men when they show emotion. As for woman , you need to not worry about being called names. Men have been putting up with garbage and name calling on the job for years. If you want to be assertive in a mans world , drop the concern and get a thick skin. Thats what were forced to do and it sucks. I like having emotion, and caring and loving my daughter.

The battle of the sexes been going on for year but things are getting more equel. women are paying child support, alimony, maintenace, men are marrying them because they have good jobs think about it were getting what we have been asking for and i'm not so sure we want it:-)

If you are firm but not demanding you will not be perceived as b!tchy. I know several women who are nice, but they are certainly not weak. you can only be gentle if you have great strength. if it takes too much of your strength to accomplish a task you will have no reserves if you need them.

IT DEPENDS ON THE WOMAN, IF THE WOMAN IS BEING AGREEABLE TO THE WRONG THINGS THEN SHE IS BEING WEAK, IF SHE IS NOT PRACTICING TACT WHILE BEING TOUGH THEN SHE IS A B***CH. THERE ARE MANY WAYS OF ACCOMPLISHING THINGS IN LIFE WITHOUT BEING STEPPED ON OR WITHOUT STEPPING ON OTHERS.
